what you think about poision for medic ?? than can player chance only make mine or poision xD
poision is good xD

This option is availble, though not in InstantGIB game type.
If you set game type to normal weapons, the medic can use the needle to heal a team-mate and to poison the enemy.
In InstantGIB the weapons are locked and have restricted functions
